I’m currently working on a project that involves Visual SourceSafe. I wanted to create a database from the command line but this doesn’t seem to work as advertised. I have the latest version (6.0d) but I can only create databases from the admin GUI tool. Here is the catch. You have to have a database to open before you can create another database. You cannot open the admin tool and create a database unless you open some other database!
